This is how we'll move together over 8 weeks. Each phase builds on the last, creating the conditions for genuine, sustainable transformation.

The Journey Unfolds

Each week is designed to meet you exactly where you are - exhausted, overwhelmed, triggered, tender. The pacing honours your postpartum body and brain. The work goes deep without drowning you.

Week 1: Seeds Buried Deep

Week 1

You'll finally have permission to name what you've always felt but couldn't quite articulate. The invisible wounds from missing maternal nurturance become visible. We create space to acknowledge the weight you've been carrying without even realising it. This isn't about blaming your mother - it's about understanding how absence shaped you.

Week 2: Cracked Open

Week 2

Your birth experience wasn't just about having a baby. It cracked you open in ways that activated every earlier wound you thought you'd dealt with. We explore how birth became a portal - both for pain and for healing. You'll understand why becoming a mother felt like coming undone.

Week 3: First Root

Week 3

The wise, loving mother you're searching for? She's already inside you. We help you connect with her - the part of you that knows how to nurture, to soothe, to hold space for your own pain. You'll build the capacity to mother yourself in the ways you weren't mothered. This changes everything.

Week 4: Breaking Through Concrete

Week 4

Not all family patterns need to be released. Some are worth keeping. This week is about conscious choice - understanding which patterns serve you and which suffocate you. You'll make deliberate decisions about what you pass on to your baby. The generational cycle doesn't have to continue automatically.

Week 5: Rising Stem

Week 5

Your body holds wisdom your mind hasn't caught up to yet. We help you reconnect with the intelligence in your gut, your chest, your bones. You'll learn to trust the whispers of your body again - the ones telling you when something's wrong, when you need rest, when a boundary needs protecting.

Week 6: Breaking Surface

Week 6

You have the right to say no. To protect your energy. To set limits without drowning in guilt. This week is about reclaiming your voice - the one that's been quiet for so long you forgot it existed. You'll practice speaking up, setting boundaries and discovering that love doesn't require you to disappear.

Week 7: Full Bloom

Integration is where transformation becomes sustainable. We weave together everything you've learned, making the changes feel natural rather than forced. You'll envision your future - not as a fantasy, but as something achievable. The mother you're becoming isn't a distant dream. She's already emerging.

Week 8: Scattered Seeds

Week 8

Your healing doesn't stop with you. It ripples forward to your children and backward to your ancestors. Like dandelion seeds scattering on the wind, the work you've done blesses generations you'll never meet. This week honours the magnitude of what you've chosen. You're a cycle-breaker. This is sacred work.

What if I'm already past 12 months postpartum?
This program is specifically designed for the 6-12 month window because that's when your baby's nervous system is actively forming attachment patterns and your brain has heightened neuroplasticity. The earlier in this window, the more powerful the impact. If you're between 12-18 months, the work can still be beneficial, though patterns are becoming more established. Beyond 18 months, different approaches may be more appropriate. If you're on the edge of this window, let's have a conversation about whether this cohort is right for your specific situation.
I'm barely surviving - how will I find time for this?
I know you're exhausted. That's precisely why the program is designed the way it is. Live sessions are 90 minutes weekly - you'll need childcare for this sacred time that's just for you. Hypnosis sessions are 20 minutes you can do while your baby naps. Micro-practices take 30 seconds and fit into existing routines. You choose your level of engagement based on what you can manage each week. Some weeks you'll do everything. Some weeks you'll just listen to the hypnosis. Both are healing.
What if I can't make the live sessions?
Every single session is recorded and available within hours. The live container offers connection and witnessing that's powerful, but the program absolutely works even if you attend every session via recording. Your baby's unpredictable schedule won't prevent your healing.
Is this like therapy?
No. Therapy typically focuses on processing past experiences and understanding what happened. This program explores how those experiences created patterns and builds new internal resources for responding differently. Many participants are in therapy and find this work complements it beautifully - they're doing different things. If you're working with a therapist, this gives you tools to practice between sessions.
What if my childhood wasn't "that bad"?
Mother wounds don't require dramatic abuse or neglect. Sometimes they're subtle - a mother who was physically present but emotionally distant, a mother who gave everything but couldn't receive, a mother who loved you but couldn't see you. If you're drawn to this work, that curiosity is worth honouring. You don't need to qualify your pain or prove it's "bad enough." The invitation is for anyone exploring how their mothering is shaped by what they received - or didn't receive.
Will this work if I'm still in contact with my mother?
Yes. This program focuses on your healing and your mothering, regardless of your current relationships. You're not required to cut contact, confront anyone or change your external relationships at all. Some participants find their relationships naturally shift as they heal. Others establish healthier internal boundaries while maintaining surface-level contact. Both paths are completely valid. This is about your freedom, not anyone else's behaviour.
What if I have postnatal depression or anxiety?
This program is designed specifically for the postpartum nervous system and can support healing alongside appropriate mental health care. If you're currently in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself or your baby, please seek immediate professional support - this program is not a substitute for clinical treatment. For mothers managing PND or PNA with professional support, this work can be deeply complementary. We go gently. We honour your capacity. We never push you beyond what feels safe.
Is this only for first-time mothers?
Not at all. Mother wounds can surface differently with each child. Maybe your first baby was "easy" and you didn't notice the patterns. Maybe your second baby triggered something your first didn't. Maybe you're on your fourth and you're finally ready to address what's been there all along. All postpartum mothers within 6-12 months of their most recent baby are welcome to explore this work.
