Your 8 Week Healing Journey

This is where transformation happens - week by week, layer by layer, root by root

Like roots reaching deep before a tree blooms, your healing happens in stages.

First you identify the patterns. Then you heal your nervous system. You build your Inner Mother. You break what needs breaking. You reclaim your voice and body wisdom. Finally, you integrate it all BEFORE your baby arrives.

This is how we'll move together over 8 weeks. Each phase builds on the last, creating the conditions for genuine transformation while your baby grows inside your healing.

The Journey Unfolds

Each week is designed to meet you exactly where you are - pregnant, preparing, sometimes overwhelmed. The pacing honours your body's needs. The work goes deep without overwhelming you. And everything you learn becomes operational BEFORE labour tests you.

Week 1: Root Deep (Understanding Your Wounds)

Week 1

You'll identify your specific mother hunger - nurturance, protection, or guidance - and understand how it's already showing up in your pregnancy. This isn't about blaming anyone. It's about naming what you didn't receive so you can consciously give it to yourself and your baby. You'll meet your Inner Mother for the first time.

Week 2: Nervous System Healing

Week 2

Your nervous system in labour will default to whatever it learned in childhood - unless you retrain it NOW. You'll learn to regulate yourself before labour requires it. You'll practice the three-part breath that will become your anchor through birth and postpartum. Your baby is forming in THIS nervous system state.

Week 3: Building Your Inner Mother

Week 3

The wise, loving mother you're searching for? She's already inside you. This week you'll install her at the subconscious level through deep hypnosis work. You'll learn to self-soothe, self-protect, and self-guide BEFORE your baby needs you to do all three for them. This changes everything.

Week 4: Breaking Generational Patterns

Week 4

Not all family patterns need to be released - some are worth keeping. This week is about conscious choice. You'll examine three generations of patterns and decide what you'll continue, what you'll modify, and what stops with you. Your baby enters a lineage that's already healing.

Week 5: Embodied Body Wisdom

Week 5

Your pregnant body holds wisdom your mind hasn't caught up to yet. You'll reconnect with your body's intelligence and learn to trust it BEFORE labour requires that trust. You'll practice listening to your body's signals now so you can hear them when they matter most - during birth and with your newborn.

Week 6: Voice & Boundaries

Week 6

You'll reclaim your voice and practice boundaries BEFORE labour and postpartum require them. You'll learn to say no without drowning in guilt. You'll practice advocacy skills with your birth partner. You'll activate your mama bear voice. Labour will test these capacities - you're building them now.

Week 7: Integration & Birth Preparation

Week 7

You'll weave together everything you've learned and create your mother wound-informed birth plan. You'll prepare emotionally and practically for labour knowing which wounds might be activated and which tools to use. You'll envision postpartum with your tools already operational. The mother you're becoming isn't a dream - she's emerging now.

Week 8: Sacred Mother Coronation

Week 8

You'll be crowned as Sacred Mother and Cycle-Breaker BEFORE your baby is born. This ceremony honours the magnitude of what you've chosen - to heal before wounding, to break cycles before passing them on. You'll speak your vows to your baby. You'll step into your identity as the generation who changed everything.

Questions You Might Have

These are the questions other pregnant women have asked before deciding to join. Your questions matter. Your hesitations make sense.

What trimester do I need to be in to join?
Any trimester works. We adapt all physical practices to your stage of pregnancy. First trimester and exhausted? Rest more, do less. Third trimester and uncomfortable? We modify everything. The emotional and subconscious work is powerful regardless of when you start. That said, the earlier you begin, the more time you have to integrate the tools before labour.
What if I don't have a birth partner?
You are absolutely welcome in this program. Your 'birth partner' can be anyone you trust - your romantic partner, a doula, sister, best friend, mother (if your relationship allows), or any person who'll support you through birth and postpartum. If you're navigating this journey solo, alternative solo practices are provided for all birth partner exercises. Your healing matters whether you're partnered or not.
Is this instead of antenatal classes or in addition to them?
This is IN ADDITION to standard antenatal education. Traditional pregnancy classes teach you breathing techniques and baby care basics. This program heals the emotional and psychological wounds that will be activated by labour and motherhood. You need both - practical skills AND healed patterns. Think of standard classes as teaching you WHAT to do. This program teaches you how to BE - how to be regulated, boundaried, voiced, and whole.
What if I can't make the live sessions?
Every single session is recorded and available within hours. The live container offers connection and witnessing that's powerful, but the program absolutely works even if you attend every session via recording. Your pregnancy symptoms, your rest needs, your body's demands won't prevent your healing.
Will this help with birth trauma prevention?
Yes. Much of what's labelled 'birth trauma' is actually mother wound activation during labour. When you haven't healed your nervous system, voice, boundaries, and trust in your body BEFORE labour, birth becomes traumatic. This program specifically prepares you for the psychological and emotional aspects of labour. You'll have tools for when it gets intense. You'll know how to advocate. You'll trust your body. This significantly reduces the risk of birth trauma.
What if my childhood wasn't "that bad"?
Mother wounds don't require dramatic abuse or neglect. Sometimes they're subtle - a mother who was physically present but emotionally distant, a mother who gave everything but couldn't receive, a mother who loved you but couldn't see you. If you're drawn to this work, that curiosity is worth honouring. Pregnancy has a way of surfacing patterns you didn't know were there.
Will this work if I'm still in contact with my mother?
Yes. This program focuses on YOUR healing and YOUR mothering, regardless of your current relationships. You're not required to cut contact, confront anyone, or change your external relationships at all. Many participants find their relationships naturally shift as they heal. Others establish healthier internal boundaries while maintaining surface-level contact. Both paths are valid. This is about your freedom, not anyone else's behaviour.
What if I have pregnancy anxiety or depression?
This program is designed specifically to support the pregnant nervous system and can work alongside appropriate mental health care. If you're currently in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, please seek immediate professional support - this program is not a substitute for clinical treatment. For pregnant women managing anxiety or depression with professional support, this work can be deeply complementary. We go gently. We honour your capacity. We never push you beyond what feels safe.
