This is how we'll move together over 8 weeks. Each phase builds on the last, creating the conditions for genuine transformation while your baby grows inside your healing.
The Journey Unfolds
Each week is designed to meet you exactly where you are - pregnant, preparing, sometimes overwhelmed. The pacing honours your body's needs. The work goes deep without overwhelming you. And everything you learn becomes operational BEFORE labour tests you.
Week 1: Root Deep (Understanding Your Wounds)
You'll identify your specific mother hunger - nurturance, protection, or guidance - and understand how it's already showing up in your pregnancy. This isn't about blaming anyone. It's about naming what you didn't receive so you can consciously give it to yourself and your baby. You'll meet your Inner Mother for the first time.
Week 2: Nervous System Healing
Your nervous system in labour will default to whatever it learned in childhood - unless you retrain it NOW. You'll learn to regulate yourself before labour requires it. You'll practice the three-part breath that will become your anchor through birth and postpartum. Your baby is forming in THIS nervous system state.
Week 3: Building Your Inner Mother
The wise, loving mother you're searching for? She's already inside you. This week you'll install her at the subconscious level through deep hypnosis work. You'll learn to self-soothe, self-protect, and self-guide BEFORE your baby needs you to do all three for them. This changes everything.
Week 4: Breaking Generational Patterns
Not all family patterns need to be released - some are worth keeping. This week is about conscious choice. You'll examine three generations of patterns and decide what you'll continue, what you'll modify, and what stops with you. Your baby enters a lineage that's already healing.
Week 5: Embodied Body Wisdom
Your pregnant body holds wisdom your mind hasn't caught up to yet. You'll reconnect with your body's intelligence and learn to trust it BEFORE labour requires that trust. You'll practice listening to your body's signals now so you can hear them when they matter most - during birth and with your newborn.
Week 6: Voice & Boundaries
You'll reclaim your voice and practice boundaries BEFORE labour and postpartum require them. You'll learn to say no without drowning in guilt. You'll practice advocacy skills with your birth partner. You'll activate your mama bear voice. Labour will test these capacities - you're building them now.
Week 7: Integration & Birth Preparation
You'll weave together everything you've learned and create your mother wound-informed birth plan. You'll prepare emotionally and practically for labour knowing which wounds might be activated and which tools to use. You'll envision postpartum with your tools already operational. The mother you're becoming isn't a dream - she's emerging now.
Week 8: Sacred Mother Coronation
You'll be crowned as Sacred Mother and Cycle-Breaker BEFORE your baby is born. This ceremony honours the magnitude of what you've chosen - to heal before wounding, to break cycles before passing them on. You'll speak your vows to your baby. You'll step into your identity as the generation who changed everything.
